Inside walk-in cooler: raw shell eggs (49F ambient - Cold Holding); ham (50F - Cold Holding); ground beef (49F - Cold Holding); utter (50F - Cold Holding). Ambient air temperature is 49F. Manager stated the temperature was 40F two hours prior when she had checked. The manager adjusted the dial and the air immediately began blowing cold. Inspector had the manager add ice to the items to rapidly cool to 41F. Corrective Action Taken Warning
