Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on cooler doors in bar area soiled with mold-like substance.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Box containing single-use cups stored directly on floor in rear storage area.

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Bottle of milk inside reach-in cooler missing date mark behind bar. Manager stated the milk was opened several days prior and voluntarily discarded milk. Corrective Action Taken
