High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee was outside of restaurant, handled pack of cigarettes, touched face, then entered the kitchen and began scooping food into a takeout container for a customer. Kitchen has only one handwash sink at cookline. Additional handwash sink at service counter strongly recommended.

High Priority - Food/ice received from unapproved source/no invoice provided to verify source. See Stop Sale. Flat of raw shell eggs inside cooler at far end of kitchen. Manager stated she gets the eggs from a friend. Manager stated she would take them home and not use them inside the restaurant.
