Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Gallon of milk missing date mark inside reach-in cooler in rear storage area. Manager stated the milk was opened on 07/02 and added proper date mark during this inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food service manager not certified within 30 days of employment. The manager has been employed at this location for more than 30 days and was present during the licensing inspection.
