Observed dishwasher went from soiled to clean end of dishwasher and was removing clean dishes and did not change gloves or wash hands. Stopped employee and explained proper protocol for Handwashing and glove use. Employee removed soiled gloves, washed hands and put on clean gloves. Corrected On-Site
