High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Canadian bacon (42°F - Cold Holding); Hashbrowns (43°F - Cold Holding); Butter (43°F - Cold Holding). Spoke with operator about lowering the ambient temperature of Walkin cooler.

As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the manager. Repeat Violation
