High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed American cheese 51F, butter 51F in reach in cooler on cook line. Operator stated that items had been in reach-in cooler for approximately 3 hours. Operator removed cheese and butter and placed in walk-in cooler to bring down temperature and discontinued use of reach-in cooler until it can be repaired. Corrective Action Taken
