Observed an employee rub the nose then handle a fish filet. Operator disposed of the filet and had them do both operator wash their hands. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed the upstairs hand sink with low water pressure.
