Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. No sign posted. Inspector to send.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed several servers wearing bracelets and I watches while making salads.
