High Priority - Employee washed hands with cold water. Observed and employee washing their hands with cold water. Operator had them wash their hands with hot water. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a box of chemicals stored over a box of drink mix in the ware washing area. Instructed operator on proper chemical storage.

Basic - Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. Observed cardboard used to line dry storage shelves containing a bag of onions. Instructed operator on proper materials to use.

Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an opened employee drink in the back dry storage cooler. Instructed operator on its proper storage.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes on food line at 57f. Owner stated they had been out for about an hour. Operator added more water to ice bath. Inspector suggested to owner to utilize time as public health control for tomatoes. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed speaker on shelf above food prep station. Owner removed. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed bracelet and wristwatch on food prep employee. Employee removed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Squeeze bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled squeeze bottle at three part sink with blue liquid in it. Owner labeled, Corrected On-Site

Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Observed no covered trash can in unisex employee and public restrooms.
