Basic - Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. Observed cardboard used to line dry storage shelves containing a bag of onions. Instructed operator on proper materials to use.

Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an opened employee drink in the back dry storage cooler. Instructed operator on its proper storage.
