Observed employee changed gloves after pushing down garbage with gloves on and failed to wash hands before putting on clean gloves. Employee touched food contact surface on a single service food container to put food in. Stopped employee and educated employee on glove use and Handwashing procedures and printed a copy of the handout in Spanish for employee.
