High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in their outside cooler and the overflowed in the make table: Beef (55F - Cold Holding); Chicken (55F - Cold Holding); Burgers (50F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they had placed the food out approximately 1hr ago. Operator stated they've been having trouble with their power source and it should be fixed the next day, they then surrounded the food in the outside cooler with ice and placed the make table overflow into the bottom section.
