At cookline area- employee touched their glasses than put on gloves their hands and engaged in food preparation without washing their hands- educated operator - employee washed hands properly. At co9line counter - Cooked Chicken wings 50F- cold holding- food not prepared or portioned today- food out of temperature for 10 minutes- operator placed in reach in cooler to quick chill.
