High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on gloves and begin to scoop ready to eat ice cream and handle clean equipment without washing hands first.

Observed jug of milk sitting on front prep counter at 72F-cold holding, per employee items not prepared or portioned today and left out of temperature for approximately 1 hour. Milk placed back in reach in cooler to quick chill
