Observed in the under-counter cooler located by the fryers cut tomatoes (47F - Cold Holding), as per manager transferred to this unit less than 30 minutes ago. Operator removed the tomatoes and transfer the to another working cooler. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in food warmer folded eggs (125F - Hot Holding), placed 20 minutes ago, manager discarded folded eggs. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in the upright freezer located next to the fryers.
