At front counter in ice observed cut lettuce (47F - Cold Holding); flan (59F - Cold Holding); bread pudding (57F - Cold Holding); potato salad (48F - Cold Holding); egg salad (48F - Cold Holding), as per manager food was transferred to the unit about 2 hours ago.
