High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed at double glass door each in cooler ROP mahi and tuna thawed in original packaging. Observed a plastic bottle of water stored in drinking ice at bar area.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed at mop sink, missing vacuum breaker . Repeat Violation
