As per Chef Adrian Castro, manager Christina Mazejka is no longer working in the restaurant. Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-04: At the time of the callback inspection did not observed outside smoker. As per chef Adrian Castro they don't plan to use outside smokers anymore. Advised operator that they need to submit plans if the layout changed.
