Observed in kitchen area dish machine moved to opposite side of kitchen next to triple sink. Observed ice machine added next to kitchen hand sink next to triple sink. Observed sushi coolers added to front bar area, and hand sink added onto cook line in between freezer and fryers. Observed hand sink and dish machine added to front bar area.
