Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed next to hand wash sink at kitchen area.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter (49 F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler. As per operator for less than two hours. Operator moved the butter to the reach in freezer for rapid cooling. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed two containers with employee food at standing reach in cooler not properly segregated and identified. Operator removed the containers. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water leaking from hand sink faucet.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed in the standing reach in freezer. Corrected On-Site
