High Priority - Dishmachine quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer was 0 ppm.

High Priority - Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed chlorine sanitizer was 0 ppm.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed several pot not inverted on top shelf of ware washing area. Operator inverted pot during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed no choking poster at time of licensing. Provided operator with poster.
