Through the door located in kitchen near triple sink ,I observed a prep / storage room with a triple sink, bathroom, and refrigeration units in use and prep tables, and other equipment that is not on approved plan from 2019. Needs plan review. Also , there is another pizza oven and ventilation system added to the approved kitchen area.
