High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In flip top reach in cooler on cook line, hard boiled egg (44F - Cold Holding). Employee stated they were stocked approximately 1 hour prior but lids have been open. Employee shut lid to bring temperature down. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
