High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. - employees were touching ready to eat food without bare hands. They have started filling out the Alternative Operwting Procedure paperwork but have not completed it nor has it been approved by a DBPR inspector. General Manager gave corrective feedback and had everyone wash their hands and then put gloves on. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. - mop sink has a splitter on it and no backflow preventer. Inspector let General Manager know where to put the backflow preventer.
