High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands: observed employee take the trash out, not remove her gloves and not wash hands before getting ready to touch a food contact surface. Inspector stopped her and gave corrective feedback concerning hand washing. Employee removed dirty gloves and washed her hands correctly. Corrected On-Site
