Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed: establishment's license is current per the inspection app. However, the license on display is from another restaurant and not this one.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime: observed the left ice dispenser on the lobby ice and beverage machine is dirty.

High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly: Tested to 0ppm. Shift Leader had employee change the containers because the connected one was empty. Dish machine primed and cycled. Retested to 100ppm.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust: Two places in the child play area where the wall paper is peeling off the wall and there is a potential mold-like substance under it.

Basic - Water draining onto floor surface: Water from had wash sink in dish room leaking from drain pipe onto floor.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. - ice chute at drive thru soda machine.
