High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Upon inspection observed bacon in retail bag in reach in freezer. Operator placed bacon in approved container. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Reach in cooler right side.

High Priority - Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. - owner had a food grade hose on site and changed it out. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. - establishment is connected to an outside spigot with a splitter. Needs to have a backflow preventer on each side of the splitter.

Intermediate - Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. - establishment cooks hamburgers to the customer's preferred temperature but does not have the consumer advisory.
