Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed no copy of current license displayed.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe on the side of the soda machine located on the counter.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like growth on the soda machine nozzles.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed large build up of ice around the edge of the ice cream freezer.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe on the mop sink has steam from the pipe on the mop sink, Josh was notify at time of inspection. Recommend to notify engineering department immediately.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed the soda machine and ice dispenser has pink discoloration left on the surface.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior bottom panel has food debris left on the surface.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris on the warming tray located on the front service line.
