Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed mold like growth around the frame of the walk in cooler door.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed dust accumulation on the vent for the reach in cooler where hotdogs are stored.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed terrible grease accumulation on the top panels above the kettle popcorn machines, both located in the back kitchen.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of soft whip topping 46°f stored inside reach in cooler less than 4 hours in the main bar. Manager discarded product immediately. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed eight water filters attached to the ice machine last inspection label on 2024 Observed water filters used for soda machine also last inspection label 2024.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed old food debris spilled underneath the three compartment sink.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer Observed large build up of ice on the on the fan guard inside reach in freeze .(front service line)

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed door panel has mold like growth on the surface.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed air conditioner vent has black discoloration on the surface located in the dry storage room.

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed hole in the wall behind boxes of coconut popping oil.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of hotdogs 45°f brisket sliders 45°f stored inside reach in cooler less than 4 hours Recommend to quick products at time of inspection. Manager removed placed in another cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Checked sanitizer bucket 0 ppm quat amm stored in the front service area.

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed mold like growth on the door handles and exterior of the walk in cooler door.
