Observed 2% Milk, half and half, Creamer marked with expiration at 2 pm, per statement operator put items out at 9 am. Operator relabeled products with expiration at 1 pm. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Probe thermometer not accurate within plus or minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed probe thermometers at 28°F in ice water, compared to inspector thermometer at 32°F. Operator adjusted calibration at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site
