Cooked one hour ago. At this rate the meatballs will not reach 70°F within 2 hours. Operator placed meatballs in the freezer to rapidly cool. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed at both rear doors. Operator did replace covers at rear doors but the one didn't cover the opening completely. Repeat Violation
