Observed landing on table used to store dirty dishes and on clean ladle hanging on storage rack Observed 2 live small flying insects on cook line. 1 observed not landing 1 observed landing on ladle to beans on hot table. Instructed operator to clean and sanitize utensils and initiate removal on small flying insects.
