High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the kitchen on top of the steam table, a bowl of cooked plantains (100F - Hot Holding). The items had been there less than 2 hours. The item was placed in the fryer to reheat to 165F to hot hold.
