High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. Observed the chlorine level in the sanitizer towel bucket not to register on chlorine test strips for the chlorine sanitizer used. Buckets changed upon notifying the manager. Sanitizer corrected to 100 ppm residual chlorine when new solution is tested. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed the sprayer at the triple sink hangs into the sink when hanging freely instead of hanging above the flood rim of the sink.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Dairy (51°F - Cold Holding) in a reach-in refrigerator at the drive thru. The bags of product were blocking the fan and air circulation in the refrigerator. The extra bags were removed. Product measured 45°F before the end of of the inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed 3 sanitizer towel buckets and a trash can stored in front of the cooking hand washing sink preventing access to the sink for hand washing without the need to move items away. The items were removed from in front of the hand washing sink Corrected On-Site
