High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Milk (47F - Cold Holding) in wait station reach-in cooler stored in the door. Operator stated milk had been stored in the cooler overnight. See stop sale.

Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed 1 dead roach to the left of an oven in a storage/prep room off of the kitchen, 1 dead roach behind prep table holding the slicer in storage/prep room, 1 dead roach under prep table holding single service items in storage/prep room, and 1 dead roach to the right of the three compartment sink in warewashing room off of the kitchen area. Operator cleaned and sanitized area. Corrected On-Site
