High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested at 100ppm. Manager changed out sink and retested at 200ppm. Sanitizer in sink sat too long Corrected On-Site

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. At hand sink on cook line and 4 compartment prep sink

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed the backflow preventer at the mopsink installed prior to the splitter instead of being install on the splitter, on the side of the spray hose.
