Repeat Violation - From follow-up inspection 2025-07-24: Dishmachine was serviced on 7/16/25. At the time of the inspection, the Dishmachine was hot but it was not able to run. Dishmachine wasn't able to run a cycle. Discussed with Supervisor Benedict. Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2025-07-29: Dishmachine was ran three times, all tests were 0ppm chlorine.
