Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine located at the front counter shows mold like substance on interior.

Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting board on two door cooler in kitchen , underneath the microwave shows cut marks.

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink on top of display case at front counter. Operator disposed of the drink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets torn on the two door stand up cooler in the kitchen, to the left of the white freezer.

Basic - Utility lines are unnecessarily exposed. Exposed utility lines in the kitchen on the rear wall to a utility box.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mop in bucket. Operator hung up the mop. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Milk in front counter cooler was opened over 24 hours and not date marked. Educated employee and they put proper date on milk. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris. Observed accumulated debris on can opener in kitchen.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Gasket torn on stand up 2 door cooler in kitchen.

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Shared dumpster area.
