Observed non-continuous cooking of ox tails, temped at 120 degrees Fahrenheit when pulled off the grill. Cook stated he was browning them and then would cool them to be cooked later for stew. Remodel no plan review, previous dry storage area near front counter is now a coffee and beverage area, operator has added a hand wash sink, ice machine, reach in cooler, and an espresso machine. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2022-01-12: Plan review reflecting addition of equipment in which was original noted as dry storage area has not been submitted. Hand washing sink, ice machine, and coffee machine still remain in originally noted dry storage area. Reach in cooler has been removed from above mentioned area.
