High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Upon inspection, observed raw steak stored on top of cooked pork in walk-in freezer. Operator moved raw steak to another location during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Upon inspection, observed raw chicken stored over raw beef in walk-in cooler.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed precooked breaded chicken 54f and chopped garlic in oil 72f on cook line. Operator stated both items have been out of the cooler for less than 4 hours.

Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Upon inspection, observed one dead roach on top of bucket near handwashing sink in rear of establishment. Operator removed and discarded dead roach, also cleaned and sanitized area during inspection. Corrected On-Site
