Intermediate - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Upon inspection observed water from waste water line leaking onto ground behind mobile unit.

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Upon inspection observed tong handle resting in cinnamon container inside upright reach in cooler.

Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Upon inspection observed water pump in disrepair. Mobile unit was able to get hot water (98f) and operator has new water pump to repair.

Basic - Water draining onto floor surface. Upon inspection observed water from potable water tank leaking onto floor. Operator mopped water during inspection. Corrected On-Site
