Observed no knowledge of the big 6 Handed operator a copy. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at the hand wash sink.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a paper cup being used as a scoop in a container of flour. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
