Basic - Water draining onto floor surface from hand washing sink in the center of the kitchen. Operator has plumber on the way to fix the pipe under the hand washing sink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name on the make table. Operator placed name of broth on the working container. Corrected On-Site
