Basic - Equipment in poor repair. In the back storage area, reach in freezer with torn cooler door gaskets.

Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. At the front service counter, wet wiping cloth stored on clean prep counter. Operator relocated the wet wiping cloth to the storage solution. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. In storage hallway in prep room area, one can of Amarena cherries stored on shelf with dented seal around rim of can.

Basic - Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Missing cold water handle at hand wash sink behind front service counter.

Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Behind front service counter, ice cream scoop stored in plastic container of water at 82F. Operator removed from standing water to proper storage area. Corrected On-Site
