High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Several severs rubbing hands together less than 10 seconds after dripping off soiled dishes to the dish pit.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. All items on cook line missing time markings, per manager all items where placed in coolers/or items taken in and out of coolers around 7/7:30am. Items held on time control in server area marked for 9:30am, per server items taken out of coolers and started on time control several hours ago. Employees began to mark all items for correct times during inspection. Corrective Action Taken
