Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At time of inspection hand wash sink in the prep area by the bulk ice bin blocked by large trash can, operator relocated the trash can. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee personal food stored in a bag over packages of turkey. Operator relocated the employee personal food to the correct storage location. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On the storage shelf opposite the three compartment sink, clean plastic containers stacked while wet. Operator unstacked the containers. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Flip top smoothie reach in cooler has a torn door gasket and a separated gaskets. Operator has new gaskets on order. Corrective Action Taken
