Operator stated one employee has been here for 60 days and does not have state approved training.

Basic - Three compartment sink in disrepair. Observed black tape on the inside of all three sinks in the three compartment sink. Operator stated that sinks leaks, so he placed plexi seal tape to keep from leaking.
