Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm chlorine. Primed then 50 ppm. Manager called for repair. Employee at dish machine placing soiled dishes in tray then removing clean dishes from tray on other side of machine without washing hands. Manager coached employee. Corrective Action Taken
