Observed 10 rodent droppings on right side of dry storage floor in corner near shelf. Kitchen manager removed droppings and mopped the area. High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine in active operation with empty sanitizer dispenser. Operator replaced sanitizer bucket but was unable to prime for proper sanitation.
