Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans stored on dish shelf have standing water in them. Manager had employee correct pans on shelf so they could drain properly. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water in hallway near 1st drive thru window and side door.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Walk in freezer has ice build up on shelves and floor toward the back of freezer.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans wet nesting in dish wash area.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Inside ice bin, the ice chute ledge soiled. Manager cleaned and sanitized ice chute ledge. Corrected On-Site
